Is there a setup fee?
No. All packages include setup at no additional cost. You pay the monthly fee from day one, and we start work as soon as you can find time for the onboarding call.
What's the minimum contract length?
There's no minimum contract. We work monthly. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Do I need to provide anything to get started?
Just any customer lists you might have or CRM system names. We'll guide you through exactly what's needed. It takes about 30 minutes from Zoom call to ready to press 'SEND' on your first Review Request.
What's included in the dedicated account manager?
One person who knows your business, runs your campaigns, replies to your reviews and is your direct point of contact. Our account managers are also google local guides, and we commit to a visit to each local business.
